Benjamin began his career in the financial services industry in 2004. He joined Rathbone McReynolds & Daly Investment Consulting in 2007 from the insurance industry.

Ben holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Northwest Nazarene University. He earned his CFA Charter in 2011. The CFA is a globally recognized standard of investment analysis issued by the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts.  

He and his wife, Kirsten, live in Nampa with their two daughters.
